Nobody fills out
your survey.

So stop sending them. ExcuseMe asks one question, right where people already are: a tiny widget on your site, or an anonymous email check-in for your team. One tap to answer, and a trend line that shows how things are really going.

This is the exact widget your visitors get. Demo answers are not saved.

Three steps, then you are done

1

Pick how to ask

Emojis, 1 to 5 green stars, or thumbs up and down. Write your question; one is all you get, and that is the point.

2

Paste one line

A single script tag on your site. No build step, no package, no SDK. Or skip the code entirely and send it as an email check-in.

3

Read the replies

Answers land in your dashboard as they arrive, with optional comments and a trend per round.

For your visitors

A polite little widget that asks while the experience is fresh: after a purchase, a signup, a support chat. One tap to answer, an optional comment, done. No accounts, no forms, no friction.

  • Emojis, green stars, or thumbs, your pick
  • One script tag, works on any site
  • Comments when people have more to say

For your team

Email check-ins land in the inbox on a schedule you set. One tap in the email answers the question. Add a few questions and they rotate, so week five never feels like week one. The trend chart shows how the team is doing, round after round.

  • Weekly, biweekly, or monthly, in your timezone
  • Questions rotate automatically
  • Share link and QR code for people outside the list

Anonymous by default, honestly

Team check-ins are anonymous unless you decide otherwise, and we hold that promise properly: answers are stored without names, results stay hidden until at least three people have answered, and if you ever switch a check-in to identified, every recipient is told so in the email itself.

Honest answers need real anonymity. We would rather tell your team the truth than tell you a flattering lie.

Small, fast, and out of the way

A 5 KB script, loaded async. It never blocks your page or dents your page speed.

No package, no SDK, no build step. It runs anywhere HTML does: marketing site, app, docs, checkout.

Replies appear in your dashboard the moment they are sent, comments included.

Prefer no code at all? Email check-ins and share links need exactly none.

Your AI assistant can run it

ExcuseMe ships an API and an MCP server, so an agent can create surveys, send check-ins, and read the results for you. Tell your assistant what you want to learn; it does the clicking.

Pay per survey, not per seat

Every question is free for its first 100 replies. After that you pay only for what you keep running.

Good questions

Will it slow my site down?

No. The widget is a 5 KB script loaded with defer, so it never blocks rendering. If our servers ever had a bad day, your page would not notice.

Do I really not have to code?

One copy-pasted script tag for the widget. Email check-ins and share links need no code at all.

Where does the feedback go?

Into your live dashboard the moment it is sent: scores, comments, and a trend per round so you can see movement over time.

Are team check-ins really anonymous?

Yes, and verifiably so. Answers are stored without names, results unlock only after three people have answered, and if you switch a check-in to identified mode, every recipient is told in the email itself.

Can people say more than tap a rating?

Yes. After the tap they get an optional comment box. Most skip it; the ones who write usually have something worth reading.

How does billing work?

Each survey or check-in is free for its first 100 replies. Keep it running past that for $1.99 a month, or take Business at $29 a month for up to 30 active at once. Cancel anytime; collected answers stay yours.

Go on, ask them.

One line of code, or one email. Real answers in minutes. Free to try.
